Delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch
Includes full tracking and insurance

Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
Carrier: EMS
Delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch

5.3 Delivery Restrictions

We currently exclude deliveries to select Asian countries and remote regions. International shipments may be subject to customs duties.

6. Returns & Exchanges

6.1 Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. To qualify:

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • All protective plastics and certificates must remain intact
  • Special editions may have additional restrictions

6.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Special edition/numbered pieces
  • Watches with removed protective materials
  • Personalized/engraved items
  • Final sale items

6.4 Refunds

Refunds process within 7-10 business days after inspection. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
