All orders are meticulously prepared within 1-2 business days by our atelier team in Dallas.

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Includes full tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We currently exclude deliveries to select Asian countries and remote regions. Duties may apply for international shipments.

Returns & Exchanges

Our 15-day return policy reflects the exacting standards of our timepieces. To qualify:

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • All protective plastics and certificates must remain intact
  • Special editions may have additional restrictions (see below)

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover standard shipping for the replacement.
