Our policy reflects the same precision and care that goes into crafting the Swiss watches we offer—from aviation-inspired Airspeed models to sophisticated Artelier collections.

Our Return & Exchange Commitment

We stand behind every timepiece that leaves our atelier. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Important Note: For hygiene reasons and to preserve collector value, all watches must be returned with protective plastics intact and without signs of wear. Special edition pieces like the Artelier Thelonious Monk Limited Edition may have additional return restrictions—please contact our concierge team before initiating a return.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request
    Contact our concierge team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include the following information using our template below.
  2. Wait for Authorization
    Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide return instructions. Please do not send items without authorization.
  3. Prepare Your Package
    Return all items in their original packaging with all protective materials, certificates, and accessories. We recommend using the original shipping box with additional padding.
  4. Ship Your Return

  5. Inspection & Processing
    Upon receipt, our watchmakers will inspect the returned item (typically within 3-5 business days). You’ll receive email confirmation once processed.

Return Shipping

  • Standard Returns: Customer pays return shipping. We recommend insured shipping with tracking (DHL/FedEx preferred).
  • Defective Items: If returning a defective watch (verified by our team), we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return:

  • Credit Cards: 3-5 business days after processing (varies by bank)
  • PayPal: Typically within 24 hours of processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping for the replacement item.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain collector integrity, the following cannot be returned:

  • Special edition or numbered pieces (e.g., Artelier Thelonious Monk Limited Edition) unless defective
  • Watches with removed protective plastics or signs of wear
  • Personalized or engraved items
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
